Terms of Service
Last updated October 11, 2026
Working draft. VechtenAI Marketer is still being built. This page describes how the service is designed to work and is updated as each feature launches; the final version is written once the product is complete.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of VechtenAI Marketer (the "Service"), operated by Vechten Labs ("Vechten Labs", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
1. The Service
VechtenAI Marketer helps you plan social media campaigns, prepare the content for them, and publish that content to social media accounts you connect, after you approve it. An AI supervisor can research your brand and the web, ask you questions, plan a campaign, write copy, request images or video, and suggest changes based on how published posts perform. We do not guarantee any particular result, audience, reach or engagement.
We may add, change or remove features, platforms and AI models without notice, and some features may be unavailable at times (for example because a platform or a third-party provider is unavailable).
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace, including anything published through accounts you have connected.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
- You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Google. We may require you to confirm your email address.
3. Connecting your social accounts
To publish on your behalf you connect your accounts through each platform's own login and official API. By connecting an account you confirm that you are entitled to publish to it and authorize us to publish the content you approve, and to read the performance data the platform makes available for it. You can disconnect an account at any time from Settings, or from the platform itself.
Each platform's own terms and policies also apply to you and to what is published (for example those of Meta for Facebook, Instagram and Threads, and of Google and YouTube). Platforms set limits, can change or withdraw access, and can restrict accounts; we are not responsible for a platform's decisions, outages or limits. Publishing to personal Facebook profiles is not supported.
4. Your content, approval and responsibility
- Nothing is published without your approval. A post that is not approved by its publish time is not published.
- You are responsible for everything you approve, upload or instruct the Service to create, including its accuracy, legality and suitability for the platform it is published on.
- You keep your rights in the materials you provide. You grant us a licence to host, process and send them to the providers described in the Privacy Policy, as needed to run the Service for you.
- As between you and us, and to the extent the law and the relevant providers' terms allow, you may use the content generated for you for your own business purposes.
5. AI-generated content
Copy, plans, analyses, images and video are produced with the help of AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content, or unsuitable. Review everything before you approve it. Research performed by the Service relies on public web content and AI model output, which may be wrong or out of date.
6. Plans, credits and payment
The Service is offered under plans with limits (for example on campaigns, campaign length, connected accounts and generations). Prices are shown before you pay. Plans are sold monthly or, where offered, yearly. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the unused value of your current plan applied; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments are processed by third-party processors (for example Stripe, or a cryptocurrency payment processor) or, where offered, by bank transfer reviewed by us before a plan is granted. We do not store full payment card details. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires or we state otherwise at the time of purchase. Generating images and video through VechtenAI Studio uses your Studio plan and credits, which are governed by Studio's own terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, request or publish content that:
- is illegal, or infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- is dangerous, including instructions for weapons or explosives, content promoting self-harm, violence or terrorism, or illegal drugs;
- is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or that exploits or endangers minors;
- is deceptive, including scams, fake giveaways, impersonation, or misleading claims about health or finance;
- spams, or otherwise breaks the rules of the platform it is published on.
You also agree not to attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass its limits or security, or use it to access accounts you are not entitled to access.
8. Moderation, restriction and termination
Content and campaign instructions may be checked automatically and by us. If something appears to be dangerous or inappropriate, we may block it, pause the campaign, flag it for review, and, after review, restrict or close the account. A restricted account keeps access to its dashboard and to support so that it can contact us, and nothing is published while a restriction or flag is in place.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service, other users or third parties.
9. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties, including AI model providers, social media platforms, payment processors, email delivery and storage providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, changes or conduct. The Privacy Policy lists what we share with them.
10. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Vechten Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business arising from your use of the Service, for content published to your accounts, or for actions taken by platforms or other third parties; and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
